Invitation Letter : DANAR-National Workshop

As all we know  DANAR-Nepal is going to organize a national workshop on the rights of Dalits and marginalized  communities in community based forest managment on Jestha 9-11,2068.(May 23-25,2011).

To see the role of forestry sector civil society have been crucial for policy advocacy and influence in the sector, we  have been critically engaging in the Forest rights and pro Dalit  sensitive policy process. In this context, DANAR-Nepal was playing a coordinating role to organize series of meetings for advancing Dalit and civil societies’ voices since the inception of  DANAR-Nepal as representative organization from Dalit Civil Society Alliance on natural resources and on community based forest management climate change and REDD plus. In this connection, DANAR on behalf of the Alliance of Dalit in natural resources  is going to organize a national workshop on the rights of Dalits and marginalized communities in community based forest management,climate change and REDD plus in the following date, time and venue in which we humbly request you to participate. Please find also the attached invitation letter.We request to you to send one partipant to involve in the whole 3 days workshop from your organization  and whole your official members in inauguration day.

Time: 10 AM from Pulchok Engeeneering college to Jawalakhel Peace Rally
