Indonesia Australia Forest Carbon Partnership (IAFCP) Facility is funded by AusAID as part of the Australian Government’s overseas aid program. IDSS and
Euroconsult Mott MocDonald, as the Managing Contractors for the IAFCP Facility, seek qualified Indonesian nationals for the following positions:

  • IAFCP Facility Operations Manager
  • KFCP Field Activity Director

  • IAFCP Facility Operations Manager

The Operations Manager has responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day management of procurement, finances, operations, asset management, security,
administration, and human resource management for the IAFCP.  This includes ensuring that all activities approved by the Partnership Office (PO) are contracted and implemented, and that all aspects of operations, administration, logistical and other support is provided to the PO, and through the PO, the Steering Committee.

The Facility Operations Manager reports directly to the Facility Manager.  The Facility Operations Manager is a national position, based in Jakarta with some travel to IAFCP activity sites as required.   • KFCP Field Activity Director

The KFCP Field Activity Director (FAD) is a full-time position responsible for strategic planning of all KFCP field activities including supporting all team members to develop integrated and coordinated work plans (including the six monthly Rolling Prioritization Plans).  S/he will work across all KFCP teams (including with Specialists in the IAFCP Partnership Office to ensure that all KFCP field activities contribute to the goals and purpose of the KFCP.  The KFCP Field Activity Director will track and monitoring the progress of activity implementation including monitoring implementation progress against agreed work plans, the timeliness and quality of activity implementations, and risk management.  In particular, the KFCP FAD will identify and manage constraints to activity implementation to ensure that all activities are implemented on time and in an effective manner.

This position reports to the KFCP Coordinator and IAFCP Facility Manager, and works as the technical counterpart to the KFCP Operations Manager. This is a full time position based in Kapuas and will require frequent travel to project areas.
