During the Forests Indonesia conference, a small exhibition area will be provided for the selected institutions agencies to display their publication related to forests. If your institution/agency is interested in participating in the exhibition, please fill in the form attached.

Exhibition booths will be displayed throughout the duration of Forest Indonesia conference from 07.30 to 19.00 on Tuesday, 27 September 2011.

Booths cost USD 900 for the private sector and USD 500 for non-profit organizations.

Submitted applications are not guaranteed an exhibition booth. All applications will go through a review process as space is very limited. All successful applicants will be confirmed by 22 August 2011, and will need to settle full payment by 26 August 2011.
Location:

Level 2 Ballroom foyer and Level 1 Indonesia Room foyer, Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, Indonesia
Exhibition Booth specifications and logistics:

* Exhibition booths size 3 meters x 2 meters.
* 1 (one) exhibition table (size TBC) and 2 (two chairs).
* Exhibitors are solely responsible for the installation, dismantling and disposal of exhibit goods, documents, brochures, posters and papers. Cleaning up of the exhibition tables will take place on Tuesday, 27 September 2011, at 19.00.
* There will be no acceptance of goods shipped directly to the venue. All items must be carried by the exhibitor.
